This one is easy, goes together and cooks quickly and is delicious. Make it as mild or as spicy as you like by adding more or less chili powder and red pepper.

The 2025 New England Watercolor Society All Members Show Opens on March 7 and is open through May 7, 2025. The show is a collection of watercolor paintings by both Signature and Associate Members of the New England Watercolor Society and includes my painting “Carpenter Hill Road, Winter”.
